I have decent results with 375mg of test. But 250mg of EQ will do nothing. I run EQ from 750-1,000ng to get results.

If you use 3ml syringe need two shot/week.
Example: Tuesday 2ml Eq-1ml Test
Friday 1ml Eq- 1ml Test dose all together/week 750mg Eq-500mg Test.
