Thanks waldo. Very curious to see how body responds to gear at this age. Foundation came back pretty good naturally. At 22 (looong time ago) I went from 194 to 218 and BF went from 18% down to 12% in only 7 weeks of sust. Now I am 218 (5'10") and guess to be around 18% BF. I know everyone says you should be 15% or lower when you run but where I am from winter is for mass!!!
your body should respond with postive results with your age and not using any gear for that long youll start to have better moods,eating more and more energy as well...good luck bro
where im from winter is for mass too bro...im 5"10' and just hit 241lbs..not sure what my bf is but for my size and thickness its fucking low!! i say do what you know bro,you know your body better than anyone!!!im planning on another 10-15lbs over the winter then prop tren a and winny all summer !!!
