I was in the same bf condition before cycle but In this pic I’m def. heavier stuff works amazing. This is an old pic. 500 mg test e a week. 10 weeks. Went up to 195. About 20 pounds. My goal is to reach 215. Also to work on my biceps and calves. They are stubborn.

PcushionThe bicep is a small muscle and doesn’t take heavy weight to stimulate growth. Light weight and isolation is key. Calves require a hell of volume I am trying to grow those myself.

Lol getting really strong at big pulling compound movements like barbell rows and weighted chin ups is the most efficient way to build bigger biceps without having to use a shit ton of drugs. People who can develop really good biceps using pink dumbbells and cutesy little curls are the exception, not the rule. Those are your genetic freaks who grow by practically just looking at weights who can get away with that. Us mortals have no choice but to actually get brutally strong on the big movements if we don’t want to have to use crazy amounts of gear just to get good results

PcushionI am a bodybuilder man I don’t go for strength I go for muscle development. I am really not that strong I just look strong. When I comes to developing the biceps I found great success using lighter weight that allows some to isolate the different heads of the bicep verses using a heavier weight that engages other muscle groups as well as the biceps and makes me slip at form. I am a form nazi.
I have been using lighter weight and more volume. Started using different exercises too. Made a lot of improvement and will post a pic in one year to show how far I have come
All the curls and stuff with super strict form did for me was inflame my connective tissues with little to nothing in the way of hypertrophic response, but we all respond to training differently. If I were using a synthol protocol for a while, if all I cared about was the physical appearance of my biceps, I probably would train with lots of isolation and “pump” work to enhance the fascia-stretching effect of the SEO. So I could see that kind of training having its uses in very specific circumstances. But SEOs wouldn’t help me as an athlete one bit, so I would never mess with those, personally
I actually gained 40 pounds naturally the rest was the gear thank you bro.

My biceps are a hard gainer for me as well +1
I started using light weight for my biceps and it’s working but my calves are slow still. I’m going to try much higher volume and twice a week. it’s the only thing I haven’t tried yet.
