Yeah bro I'm rocking like 250mcg a day and only 3 days in and can already see a significant difference. So not upping dose until I feel necessary and I def don't right now. I heard it should take longer to really start working but I had a guy come up to me the other day and tell me I looked like I changed to a whole new ethnicity so it must not just be in my head. Haha And I have tanned regularly long before this so the difference is definitely this tiny little dose of this stuff.
