Thanks brother, have a great weekend.

This is great but it isn’t a selfie of gear so you should remove it mate. There are other ways of uploading photos and showing them on here. It becomes a mess if people start uploading photos of food prep, home gyms and their mums on the gear pics.

Hey Brother hope your weekend is starting off well. I checked everywhere on the what's for dinner forum and cant find where to post or add pics to my thread. I'm a new member here and not wanting to step on anyones toes. I wrote up a lengthy post about my prep here

https://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/whats-for-dinner/me...

And linked them together, due to not being able to post my pics there with the instructions. If you can give me some direction or advise me on a MOD that could help me out I'd very much appreciate it brother.

Side note: You're a beast brother and hopefully Boris isn't keeping the UK on too terrible of a lock down these days. You look like several guys I worked with overseas, '1 Para' guys. God Damn animals all fo them haha. Have a great rest of your weekend. And thanks in advance for your help here.

I'll be doing another one of these next week. Buddy of mine saw my prep and wants some help for his. He's 52 so a bit older but I'll build it around him and his fitness goals. I'll do another write up, take those pictures and post it as well. I'll make sure he's good with me posting his stats and goals and get another meal prep out here if you guys want. Stay strong gentlemen

Looks great bro and it's fun to do...+1.. meal prep is just a way of family life also... works positively for everone.. I have 3 boys and meal prep seems to get eaten up very quick. I even started preparing smaller preps to be taken by my ole lady or for those mid night, after school snacks... Great job bro.. keep it up

Ps... remember food has a shelf life even in the fridge!! Food for thought!

Now thats an amazing idea for the family to get into. Have each one of them pick out a recipe beginning of the week figure out the amount of food needed for 10 servings (2 per each family member) and then do a mass trip to Costco or Aldi or something budget friendly set them loose, then get home and cook it all. Kids find the craziest things on the internets these days, bet they'd find some good ones. Better than all trying to go out for a Sunday dinner at a restaurant in my opinion. Would be a ton of fun.

Ps... Food absolutely does. I only make them for seven days. after prep is finished 2 days go in the fridge rest in the freezer and when the 2 days are gone one day goes from freezer to fridge until its all gone. hasn't failed me yet.

Thanks brother. Absolutely getting back to this.

I couldn't agree more. Have to start with the diet. Then the rest can be built around it. Whether its on or off cycle. Bulk, cut, cruise, it doesn't matter. Have to get macros and diet down and then go nutz.

Is that beef/chicken? Where did u get those containers and are they washable/reusable

LeaningForward's picture

If you read my post in the "what's for dinner" forum, its 14 chicken meals and 7 steak meals. BlackJack is correct. And same here with the Chinese delivery, always save those. But I got these specifically at "BLANK-mart" cant be putting my source on blast. I bought the 30 count, 15 full containers and 15 separated containers (comes with the lids which work great). They aren't bad I think it cost around 15$. Just make sure wherever you get them they are microwavable and dishwasher safe. It would be a shit day to pop your meal in and it get ruined by melting plastic.

Containers like that are available on amazon pretty much anywhere in the world as far as i know. Chinese take away comes in containers like that where i live so i just reuse those.
