Cheers man. Was around 10% there, now at around 15-17%. Got 16 weeks of cutting to start though, cut carbs every 4 weeks or so. Actually looking forward to it!
You look a LOT leaner than 10%..I caliper tested 10% and I don't have a full on 6 pack yet..I think you're lower man, maybe 8-9% muscle seperations look good
Ha I like your thinking. Although I can still see my abs now in the right light at over 15%. Lucky in that sense I guess. I will have to get the calipers out next time!
That was around 4 weeks from the end of my cut, got leaner than that. Hard work as I'm more endomorph body type. Takes forever to lose the fat!
