Hi Everyone! it's been a while since i've been on Eroids and posted pics but i still have been training hard and starting to think about taking some Var again.
A girl never tells her age but i'm 47 and i'm telling mine to show just how hard work, great diet, and years of no excuses can keep age at bay. i do have some injuries i didn't have when i was younger, but i am just as strong and i still train 5 days a week and am pretty much at the gym for 2 hours. I do a LOT more stretching than i used to though. I'm a big believer in diet including but not limited to supplements and collagen protein to help with recovery and injuries.
I have missed Eroids there is no site like it which contains such vital info and such great cool people
