Also right now I'm only running 125mg of test every 5 days,so that's one cc in every 10 days.i never really needed much gear to achieve my goals cause I never really wanted to get that big.when I do a serious cycle which is still not much I will run 1 cc a week, and when I run dbol with it I only do 20-25 mg 1 her before workout.i tried to hit 500lbs on my bench when I as 38 and wanted to do it under 200lbs.i hit 485 when doing that stack and messed my shoulder up and had to stop.almost was there.i was trying to get in the 3-5% people that could do that at that weight on the planet.just missed it,and was weighing 198lbs when I did that.im pretty sure I could of done it sooner if I wasn't trying to stay under 200lbs.
Actually I'll be 43 next month so maybe I should of put 43,trying to hang on to that 42 though as long as possible..lol

Let me put it this way,I would have no problem jumping up to 220 in about 2 months if that was my goal right now.i never really did like it though cause I felt like I was not flexible enough to do my job the way I needed to.here lately I have been thinking about a different line of work, and if it all works out I will be doing a lot less work at a laid back job,I might then go back to putting mass on for awhile,I'm sure of it.

nice shape if you looked better in the past it doesn't matter you still look good now.
How do you feel about 2x a week workouts I have a buddy that only does 3x a week and he is still making gains natural. He does the whole push one day pull the next. Then cardio the third it seems to be keeping him going.
if I could I would thumbs up I guess I can't yet

I don't do cardio, never have my whole life.hate running.i just hit the gym and go all out for about 45-1hr.arms and chest one days and back and shoulders the next, but I do switch it up from them also.you can benefit from fast workouts and still get your cardio in good shape, when I used to do legs I would ride the bike though to cool down.dont do much legs anymore here lately, although I need to.so many good things your body benefits from doing legs.but I would say that I walk at least 5 miles or more a day through the work week.
And the 2x a week is ok for maintaining, but really I would benefit a lot better doing 4days to get some better gains, like I said just maintaining is all.thanks.

Also I shot the biggest buck of my life 2 years ago and got damn heimroids dragging him out of the woods...lol,even though been working out since I was 16...and being a construction worker for 23 years..go figure.so when going heavy especially when doing 405+ (shrugs) they tend to bother me which sucks..that is also another problem this year.all those years of heavy lifting and everything else I gues has started to catch up which sucks..oh well..lol

Thanks guys.being that I have had my acl torn and a steal rod in my knee my job which is a concrete finisher, makes it hard on my knees.so it has been bothering me a lot this year so that's why I'm not trying to put a lot of muscle mass on,more weight cause me to hurt more on my knees and also I'm just done with it.but luckily my job also keeps me in somewhat of good shape also.im down to 195 right now and actually feel better, even though my weight has been around 205 most of my life, and when trying to put mass on have been up to 220.i feel better at this weight though, even though not as thick.in the pic I do look a little more smaller with my arms forward holding the camera though...lol...thanks for the compliments guys.

I'll be 42 myself in a few months, it gets harder and harder to build that muscle as we age but you look like ur doing a good job. +

Well it seems just as easy as yesterday for me,just having a new 10 month old and everything else,I have just slowed down..so luckily it's me right now,not my body.one thing for sure is also I started smoking 5 years ago..I no stupid...it does seem a lot harder to get my pump going.im fixing to stop...hopefully..
If I just get my eating right would be my biggest help at this point, burn a lot of calories at work.sometimes I don't even eat until I get home.
