Thanks bro, I think it was like two months and I'm working out but with resistance bands with the handles and they actually work minus the weight impact of free weights, I just got 3 100 lb ones and a few 40's for a few days now but still can do free weight curls just afraid to do anything else yet. I'm running gh to help heal and going to be running igf for the same reason bc there's some pretty convincing studies say igf can work wonders to heal but most inj. are done intra articular

Yep dicks sporting goods for like 20 bucks their the tube bands that connect to handles can fit 3 on them and yeah that's why it probably isn't healed all the way bc I was ignorant.
