check this video out, charles glass is training dexter on it. Watch the part where he uses the ez bar and keeps his arms straight out and raises it parallel with his forehead.....works wonders for front delts man...one of my go to's for front delts
I usually get in regular flat bench but while benching I bring the bar down to underneath my chin instead of mid chest that gets mine poppin but I have no machines here all free weights so I improvise sometimes but it works
