I think you would be setting yourself back trying to cut right now. Get a little more meat on the bones and the cut will be much more impressive.
+2 for the pic
Definitely need to encompass the big 3. As long as those light heavy days follow some type of progressive overload, continual gains should follow. I usually structure my workouts around a 6 week period.
at the moment I've been carb cycling and doing supersets in the gym switching it up 2 muscle group supersets
or either superseding the same muscle group
chest and back
bi and tri
legs
shoulders
dont bench press as a slight shoulder injury in past but all dumbbells , i squat and i deadlift which is one of my favs , usually start light and go heavy all the way up to 1 rep max- 200kg which aint to bad for my weight
my job is very physical I'm a ground worker by trade so body takes a real pounding threw the day as it is
I + you, trying to get you back to positive, when some people around here jump on you, others will follow suite and start negging you. Be careful what you posted listen to advice and you will be good. GL
HomerDo you have a before pic?
how much AI during the cycle would you recommend and would HCG be suitable for this cycle

Good call...that's a big 10-4...
Would a complete workout be like DL, SQT, BP..alternating heavy and light days, focusing on form, time under tension and mind muscle connection...
Focus on back, legs, forearms, calves, chest, tris, bis
