Added Proviron & Mast E a few weeks back and after 7 days off from gym finally got back in and ready to make the most of this current blast. Feeling good and getting great pumps and vascularity.

Solid mate if this is you without being fully knuckled down be great see where you end up if you turn up a gear the Mast and proviron should start to really add that grainy look in next few weeks.

Bro, solid move adding Proviron and Mast E! That combo is fire for hardening up. Vascularity coming through strong - looks like this blast is about to be epic. Keep killing it, man!

Thanks mate. First time running proviron. Wanted to increase free test and liked the idea of a mood enhancer. Taking 50mgs split twice daily.

I'll be honest with you bro. I think that week off helped fill you out a little bit. How tall are you that u look like that and only weigh 190lbs?

5’9”. It’s the gear mate. Have been irresponsible this last week as had a few parties and drank to excess, very little sleep and not enough food. Physically I seem to respond very well to certain compounds. Before running gear had diet, sleep and training very much dialed in. Have been slacking and due to this cycle doing wonders I haven’t been putting the effort in I should or would like to. Going to knuckle down and make the most of it now though.

Looking super. What's your weight? Looks like a cut up 210-215

Thank you mate really appreciate that. I rarely go above 190. Same weight as before I started to run gear just a lot less fat and better conditioning.

NWApatches's picture

Golly damn... I've been thinking about cutting below 200. I've not seen the scale read under 200 since 2018 and I've got some good muscle I think would give me a crazy look. But then I always tell myself I need 20 more pounds of mass

My training buddy is the same. Gets low if the scales go down even if he looks bigger and imo better with a lower bf %. Think it also comes down to natural frame, bone density etc. my quads are decent but calves are pitiful. Don’t think I’d want to be above 200 at my height and frame other than if I changed program to heavier lifting. Happy for now but would like to make the most of this blast as feel I could have done a lot better with it. Live and learn….

Cheers bro. Felt deflated, weak and tired but by the end of the workout was happy with the results. Going to try and dial in my diet for energy and better sleep more than anything else.

CHIMAIRA75's picture

I'm very familiar how much goes into maintaining that level. You look good bro! You're doing it. Takes dedication to get that balance correct. Respect brother.

Thank you mate. Worked very hard in the gym when I was natty. Really put the hours in. Feel like the gear has made everything so much easier it’s formed lazy habits. Determined to step it up a notch now.

CHIMAIRA75's picture

I was natty for 25 years plus. I get it. That's why I said I know full week what that takes. The gear definitely helps to finish off what we've been fighting for for years in the gym natty. Can make us complacent from time to time. So long s you have the awareness of it, you're all good brother. Again, much respect
