It sounds like you are getting an error arising from some of the Bugs that are in the website currently - I am getting a lot of error messages when trying to respond to comments, often I have to come out of the page and go back in again to post a response. Its something @BFG needs to look into I think as the site in general needs de-bugging if there's such a thing LOL
@press1 pm or email me the error when it happens, specifically the Ray ID string that comes with it.

This is how I do it every night before bed. It’s waiting for me as soon as I wake up.
I cannot do everyday pinning, it would make me so I would never want to use gear again. I will do 3 times a week max. I have heard of guys preloading their syringes which should be fine as long as you keep everything sterile.
I've heard the rubber on the syringes can deteriorate and cause problems. Wanted to get some feedback about that. I don't mind pinning at all. Esp if it means less oil per injection.
I’ve reused the same syringe (not the needle) just to backload insulin pens. Not ever reused after an injection to be clear. The rubber tip of the plunger starts to look crooked about 3 days after first use. So the oil does wear it out pretty quick. I don’t think I would preload anything because of that.
Use slin pins.. so tell me is the rubber stopper in the syringe different from the vial rubber in the stopper? People on insulin store in their syringes all the time.
I have no idea if it's different material than the stopper as I do not manufacturer either, nor have any experience in identifying different formulations of rubber or it's synthetic equivalent.
But I do know:
you don't store vials on their sides in order to prevent stopper degradation (obviously resulting in oil contamination, furthermore resulting in degraded rubber contaminating the oil).
peptides are not an apples to apples comparison based on one being suspended in water and one in oil, and most synthetic rubber is oil based/water resistant, thereby lending credence to being susceptible to degradation by means of not only the oil (which it's based on) but potential solvents in the oil that aren't present in bacteriostatic water.
A simple google search will tell you that it is ok to store in a syringe up to two weeks but to reduce the risk of bacterial contamination it is best to draw it daily from the vial.
