Do yourself a favor and TRASH those, and stay away from mp forever!!!!!
My buddy took 30 of those 1mg tabs and he has full bown gyno on only one of his nipples. the other side is completely normal.
I would not trust manpower. I tried their letro (was using as an AI 2-3x per week) and for being letrozole it was awfully weak. I am not prone to gyno I just take AI's for bloodpressure/water retention.
The letro did not completely rid my water retention either.
