What's your diet like?
oddly posed question. do you mean, am i sticking to my diet? or what's in my diet?
Diet is clean food,(i'm turning into a bird) Chicken, ground turkey, eggs, oatmeal. Nothing processed, No or very, very low sugar intake, Barely any bread unless its cheat day for pizza. fairly low daily calorie intake. gym in the morning on a fast. bicycle as much as I can squeeze in during the week. i do screw up the diet once or twice a week.
