lol, I have used it before but i feel muscle techs products are seriously overrated. I dont buy unless its on sale. Sometimes i pick up an expired one here n there. MAtter of fact all my supps are expired, lmfao

I do like the source though, SD-UK is a good, straight up business man.
every time i buy protein i make it my goal to go through it as fast as possible. to me whey is whey, some mix better than others. but muscle milk tastes better than most. i got a crazy deal though.
