Seen this twice in the past few days or so, so I thought I would put this up for everyone. My cholesterol was up last June started red yeast rice for a couple months and had blood drawn 2/1. As you can see my cholesterol came down 40 points as well as triglycerides and ldl similar. This is from taking 2 - 600 mg capsules every morning.

TricepatopsThis is 8 months on it? Hard to say if this was the cause of did you change eating habits, do more cardio. Not saying it doesn't help or didn't do what you want but just hard to say this was the exact cause. One way to have a good example if it works is get levels done on cycle with no red yeast rice do same cycle with red yeast rice.
Test was 8 months apart, but I didn’t not start the red yeast until a month and a half to two months before the last test. In addition nothing else changed diet, exercise, beer and scotch consumption the same even had sex with the same frequency. You try and cycle the red yeast. It helped me it’s in my arsenal take it or not, up to you bud.
I am going to give this a shot after I what the cardarine does to my levels.
Cardarine fucked your lipids up? What’s your dose? I was under the impression the it had a favorable effect on lipid profile.
My lipids were out of whack before the cardarine. Seeing if it fixes them.
Ahhh, makes sense. Thanks Mak
