Looking sensational my brother! Strongly carved muscular back! I can't find a flaw as everything ties-in beautifully! Hard, dense and proportionate development! Boulders stacked upon boulders! Exemplary work! + 2 for some hardcore development and the toil necessary! Much respect Pound!
Roll call of the dashing mature members! :))

PoundForPound's picture

Theo, I knew you'd show up for the roll call: present and accounted for!
Thanks, Brother!

You are most welcome brother Pound! :)) I'll always support a great brother!

PoundForPound's picture

Especially a great brother who's as old as a great grandfather? Lol

Theophany's picture

Lol! No Pound, then what am I to say! I'm three years older than you!
From here on in, us memsbers in the 50+ club are to be known as,
"The dashing and debonair mature members". That's a little more forgiving! Lol

Nice brother+1 !! You look a lot younger than you actually are, something I am hoping to achieve as well!!

Thanks, King!
I've never been able to afford gh, but besides that, I've always told everybody that I train, or that asks: I think strength and fitness (along with 35 years of meditation in my case) are the only known fountains of youth, and anti-depressants that actually work!
Thanks again!

Thanks, Bro, and keep it up!

Fuckin-A right on, man!
Same here: H took me to the streets; Meth to the joint. This is so my much better it's difficult to put into words. After having 11 years long ago and relapsing behind serious illness and chronic pain, I thought it would be easy to regain long term recovery again. Wrong!
I struggled going in and out for ten years to get this foothold. I hope that we both keep it going!

Right on, Rusty!

Thanks Inzer!
I went through some real fear and doubt a few years ago over whether or not I could ever get back the physique I once had. You see, I had gotten myself very badly sucked up on dope (140 pounds versus the 175 I'm at now), and I have Crohn's Disease.
I'm nowhere near the 192 I was at when I was 25 - 33 years old, but I'm very grateful for what I've been able to achieve nonetheless. I actually am positive that I can pack on much more if I want. (The discovery of good sources through eroids has obviously helps a lot)
But, the key things are:
1) I'm in my third year of being dope and alcohol free
2) I know how to train really well
3) The most important thing: I FUCKING LOVE TO TRAIN!
And the whole lifestyle that goes with it!
It's one hobby/pursuit/passion that encompasses damned near every area of one's life. Isn't that cool?
(I didn't mention genetics because I had nothing to do with that, and how do you tell someone to get good genes? Lol)
Thanks again, bro. Comments like yours can really help!

Your a amazing ambassador for this sport. A person who has overcome adversity. As a fellow recovering addict i understand the torment that goes along with addiction. Please keep up the good work brother and thanks for sharing your story
