Well...
Nobody has to workout, or get to anyone else' level. But many people tell me how badly they want to improve their physiques. I tell them that I want it more. But the proof of the desire is not in the results, because genetics are such a huge factor. The proof of my desire to be the best is evidenced by the fact that I alway show up. Fucking always!

Desire is definitely the catalyst, but absolutely nothing happens without action. Throw burning desire into action.....results. Same formulas for success work in all aspects of life.
