Last year was a big disappointment for me. Really didn't have the Heart to put in 100%. I've been drug/AAS Free for 6 months now other than GH. Haven't even really been training hard. I've set some summer goals trying to slowly get back in the game. Wish me luck !

GreenPointCrew.It's has its ups and down. Most of its mental you brain is telling you "hey are you missing something" even when I would cruse I felt better sometimes. It's something your body needs a break from ! I know a ton of guys that think they are crusing but they are really not. The best plan is to get your bloods back to "Normal" levels if you plan on stop taking anything. You also need a strong support team. A strong support team will help you and keep you on the right track.
