That's a hell of an accomplishment. If the skin is a concern, there are some collagen creams and other products for that. They may work to a degree and are cheaper than surgery, although not as effective. Elastin is a difficult thing as you age, the skin may not be as resilient the older you get. At any rate, the weight loss is huge, good work.
Yes mate, got some of that Bio Oil, will start using that, damn site cheaper than the alternative. Agreed, age has an impact, but I like to think I can shift most of it by eating clean still, and, well, let's just hope I manage.. BUT, it won't piss me off too much. I deserve the pouch, my fault for letting myself get so fat ;-) Cheers. Another 5lbs, and I am there.. Still eating clean, still training hard ;-)

Yeah fella, I sometimes look at myself and wonder WTF I was thinking, but hey, we all get "comfy" with ourselves. I suppose. I am planning more effort this year, and more toning. Big cycle comes to an end in Feb, so, long recovery planned, as last year. "mature members" eh? Yeah brother, fast approaching my 50th it feels.. FR accepted, and thank you :-)
Depending how loose the skin you may need surgery to trim off the loose skin. There are laser treatments that can help if it is not too severe. The laser treatments worked for my buddies wife after their kid was born. She got back in shape and had some loose abdominal skin that needed to be tightened. It wasn't cheap though. Her stomach was similar to yours. Go see a Laser Skin Tightening doctor. Good luck bro.
