im tryin to keep everything as proportioned as possible, my legs are thick so i got to work on my back thickness/width more to keep it even
the guy who got 1st had me on back thickness (mostly cause of our weight difference but he wasnt as lean)
i learned a few new things that work for me as far as diet goes so ill be better prepared for next time!

i hold most weight between my lower abs and my mid thigh, so my goal for summer is to lean bulk and then when i decide to to another show im gonna do 50% HIIT and 50% LISS to get my "wheels" as lean as my upper body
if i do too much HIIT then i lose mass very quickly

i have a junk food hangover haha.. one more day of "freedom" cause i have a brunch/bbq to go to tonight but after that i wanna clean it up
gonna do some legs in the gym to put all these calories to use
i ended up getting 2nd in the heavyweight 81kg+
i was cutting to get to the 80kg so i sacrificed a little muscle
since it was a local show there were supposed to be 4 categories <70kg, 71-80kg, 81-90kg, and 91kg+
weighed in at 80.2 kg (shoulda taken off the posing trunks and weighed in naked haha)
and since there was only 1 guy above 91kg they put him with the 81-90kg and hes the one who beat me, he had 12kg on me at least but i was leaner, harder and more vascular
might have a little help from Power Pharma for my next show
it was a great experience though! it was nice to see how my body reacted to 2 different carb cycles and a little CKD as well
had an interesting time using the Pro Tan Stage Finish (my buddy layed down the thickest layer on my back at first and i looked like a snickers bar)

my second show (the first was a joke though, entered the bench press competition but the rules changed the day before so my buddy and i decided to shave and just go on stage)
ill be putting on some size this from july -november and recomp Dec-Jan and then start the diet again
