Yes i too have heard of this being faked a lot but I’ve done research to see if it’s legit or not by certain characteristics on the actual pen and so far everything checked out i haven’t began to use it yet though but i never order anything without feeling confident about what I’m purchasing

You could click it to 0.6 which would equal 1.8 iu or the line between 0.6 and 0.9 which will give you i believe a little over 2 iu
