Hey brotha it usually depends on the cycle you ran and for how long, if you did a tren cycle usually half a pill every other day for two weeks would do the trick if you just looking to do some balance then you would only do it for one week every other day.

If your doing 500 of test a week and 400 of decca you will need some armidex it usually depends on the person of how much to use but usually 0.5 twice a week should be more than enough if you notice that’s a lot you can do 0.25 twice a week gotta listen to your body my guy if you also don’t like having tiny balls during the cycle you can also include clomid 3 times a week, the caber should be used after you finish with your decca possibly for a week. Now regarding what I would really recommend is if you have a good liver, I would do test 500 a week with dbol that’s one of the best cycles to build muscles and you would only need to take the dbol on the days you go to the gym an hour to an hour and half before your workout, and I would include armidex with it twice a week at 0.5 I like taking and I would take the armidex before I go to bed that way you minimize the side effects as much as possible and gain a lot of muscles that’s of course if you have a good diet
