Haven't posted in quite a while any pics. This is just a bicep shot. I have thick muscle bellies as that is my genetics. My family tree the men were workhorses. No cycle, no diet, just maintaining right now as heavy as I can. I gave up trying to be a bodybuilder because when I dropped below 15%bf I felt like shit and hated the strength loss. I am back to powerlifting and eating like a fkn pig. Plus I like to box so I don't want to be throwing slaps when I want to throw punches.
