I did one ML of Redox Vitamin C then a couple hours after I did Dodex B12 so no interference with absorption. I think I herniated a disk in the gym. I have a bulge coming kind of where the back of the neck meets the shoulder and I have serious pain radiating from my neck to my shoulder and Down my arm.

Thanks brother! I’m worried. I have been hard on my body through the years. I don’t think I would ever let a doctor do surgery on my spine. Think I would just go holistic. Fuck that spine shit. You are never the same after spine surgery.
I never tried those. I’m going to do one in a few minutes. This guy was 2 days from ship to door. Crazy.
