Squats, leg press, stiff leg death lifts, hamstring curls, leg extensions, front squats, and many other exercises I Have many variations to my workouts. heavy weight, low weight, contractions days, low rep, high reps, mix days. It depends.. so to your question what my leg day consist of is a broad question..
