+ 3 Leaning out before cycle in 3 weeks

Been eating a lot of beef, chicken and broccoli this past month...3200 calories a day, with few carbs except for day before run/bike. Down to--and holding at- 170 pounds. Feeling great.
Obtw, the tattoo is new this week

Thanks. Due to some factors outside of my control I had to push this back about 5 weeks, so I wanted to make the intervening time as productive as possible.

12 weeks of test e at 500/week, and probably a test prop kickstart for first three weeks. I lowered my trt to get it midrange at 500-550 and am just waiting on labs and doctor visit in three weeks.
