Apparently the producer doesn't know the difference between a solution and a suspension. Testosterone No Ester (TNE) is usually soluted (not suspended) in an oil carrier with one or more super-solvents, namely Ethyl Oleate (EO) and/or Guaiacol; the latter is the reason why I'd never (!) use it anymore. Guaiacol is an extremely toxic compound (there are various studies available on PubMed).
I'd recommend to only use non-estered Testosterone suspended in water, i. e. real Testosterone Suspension.
Either way, I didn't want to just runt on your picture. . . so, I'll leave at least a +1. :-P
