Confirming them? You should not have pinned extra. Should have stuck with your regimen to get the most accurate reading. I've pinned 4iu's in the past and recorded mid 400s so to be honest, not too impressed with 510 from 11iu's. Next time, consistency is key.
You're reffering exclusively to his igf-1 numbers. The "10iu 3.5 hrs prior to test" theory is used by many for the hgh serum test. I assume thats why he followed that protocol. I agree it seems counterintuitive. And does probably spike the igf-1 reading, but that's what people are doing. (I personally just test for igf-1).
These are solid numbers by the way. I personally couldn't justify paying the obscene price they charge for repackaged generics, but to each there own.

It wont have that much of difference, 3.5h post injection wont spike ur igf it takes way longer than that, it only peaks hgh serum, igf is still not fully converted in the liver after 3.5h
Ive seen studies on here from a guy named hailrazor that has sgown 1 single sc injection will raise your igf levels within an hour or 2. Should check out his page. Its like a shrine to growth lol i love it. But also in my study i have posted here it says that The peak hGH concentration occurred at 2 h in both groups. Both IM or subq injection. Imo the igf raises a little quicker than some might think.
