+ 4 Labs Off cycle- No Trt

ad

I've mentioned in the past how bloods and overall health is important. Truth is truth, no need to lie about anything. If you're cycling regardless of using lower or higher doses it's best to gets bloods and have an idea of what's going on inside your body. Symptoms aren't always noticeable so gotta error on side of safety. I've taken the conservative/ lower dose route with gear and that's not gonna change, it's worked every time. Anyways so testosterone level for my last blood test was well over 500ng (590) so apparently lack of sleep and training has affected my levels. Remember I told you guys I wasn't training but I have recently started back training.

As far as cholesterol...never taken a cholesterol med before. @smurfdude1234567 here it is...I said I would post this, so I'm a man of my word

EKG results coming soon

SimonM84's picture

I also would like to see your estro levels

DeeMan's picture

Good question. ...ranges from 15- 30pg/ mL off cycle. I've never been a really high converter though.

Alot of folks don't know estro plays a huge part in sleep efficiency as well as other aspects of sleep

SimonM84's picture

Indeed low estro wrecks my sleep

DeeMan's picture

@simonmagus84 so you never knew your e2 score?

SimonM84's picture

No but I knew right away what was happening due to the sides. I don’t live in a state where I can run bloods without getting prescription.

DeeMan's picture

Ok I see.

DeeMan's picture

Do you remember your estro levels?

SimonM84's picture

Hey man, I have a question regarding the insomnia. How late do you consume your meal? Do you have stimulants or preworkout/caffeine ? What is your typical dinner ?

DeeMan's picture

No pre-workouts. Food and b- vitamins are my pre-workout

DeeMan's picture

My bad Simon I just saw this comment. So I only do caffeine every now and then during the morning and even that's half a cup but it's enough to wake me up when I need it. As far as meals I try and eat a bit of protein and carbs 2 hour before bed. I have magnesium, melatonin that I should be using more. Let me just say this also., good balance hormones play a part in a good sleep cycle so that could also be the issue. Gotta remember my levels have never been this low. I'm thinking it's hormone related but who knows. What u think? @simonmagus84

SimonM84's picture

We’re at that age where food intake affects sleep or depending on what type of foods. I have to make sure I’m not eating spice or rich foods before bed. Don’t be surprised if it’s related to your stomach.

DeeMan's picture

Yeah I don't eat much spiced foods.

Damn Simon you getting old on us man lol

FlemDaddyKush's picture

cardarine time?

DeeMan's picture

Lol I'll trash it. Nah not interested

DeeMan's picture

Man I'm not too familiar with your favorite compounds lol. I know you know alot about them. I heard or read cardarine gave rats cancer lol.....say it ain't so Flem!!!

FlemDaddyKush's picture

this aint even anything special. alpt of people take that after a cycle to fix their cholesterol. but your a brave man not taking trt.

DeeMan's picture

Yeah I lose some size and strength. Yea it sux but I try and just go into maintenance mode

DeeMan's picture

Yeah never taken cholesterol meds but u recommend that sarm?

Yeah it does suck with no trt but I'm so use to it

smurfdude1234567's picture

Mannn the dose equivalents to create cancer markers was insane. I’ve ran it for years and don’t have cancer yet lol… stay at a proper dose and I love the stuff!

Can’t say I’ve noticed much from sr9009 or sr9011 though.

DeeMan's picture

Yeah when I saw that I was like damn! But I see that a lot, dose is sometimes insane and cancer results. Too much of anything can be bad and that might of been the case with those rats. Figured @FlemDaddyKush thought I was a rat lol

FlemDaddyKush's picture

woah woah, nobody a rat till that discovery come out and your on paperwork haha. but na, when they did the studies they were giving them like 1 mg per lb of body weight so thats like a human taking 150-250mg daily. you only take 10-25mg daily. i would take 10-12.5mg daily. its gonna work for cholesterol. take it for like 2-4 weeks and drop it and your cholersterol will be perfect.

DeeMan's picture

Maannn I dunno Flem!

Blck_panda's picture

Been hearing this works great

smurfdude1234567's picture

Yep. It’s really amazing how it works! I’ve ran it with var and it almost completely combats the normal spike.

Even at his levels 95% of docs would say everything looks great in my experience. I get more worried about mine than my PCP does haha

doctors dont care haha fuck them

smurfdude1234567's picture

Exactly lol. If it’s not detrimental or what the medical textbooks qualify as “hypo” they just leave it! The testosterone standards are ridiculous.

20-30 yr old male with 250 test levels. "your in range" haha

Pumped_'s picture

How long since your last cycle?

In a promo × 1
DeeMan's picture

O damn...Over six months now. But even a few months post cycle I get similar results but natural testosterone usually being higher than current number. I blame it on sleep and a few other stressors that recently occurred. Yeah excuses I know

Pumped_'s picture

Well at least we know "we do recover". Wait.... I feel like im at an AA meeting lol. Thanks for sharing this

DeeMan's picture

Nah that's not always the case. I know a few guys who never fully recovered . Like I've said my testosterone is normally higher way longer after PCT.

smurfdude1234567's picture

Honestly Bro… I’m surprised!!

For what you’ve been through over the years and what we did before properly educated you pulled decent numbers fully natty!

This is without you on point and after that break too… truly shocked!!

Great stuff and it’s always good to see bloods!
Man you must feel good about that result though huh?! I’m assuming everything else looked decent? How’s your other CBC stats?

DeeMan's picture

Lol well I haven't been through or taken a lot of gear over the years so that plays a part I'm sure. That's just truth. Everyone is different and has a different approach to gear though.

DeeMan's picture

I appreciate that bro. Not too happy about that testosterone number because it's normally higher, it's always been high. So yeah man CBC, A1C, liver etc are all on point and I can post that too. It's just about taking care of yourself my man that's all. Anyone could have my lab stats.

smurfdude1234567's picture

Oh 100%. It just further proof that you know what you’re doing and have cycled on/off properly. Even levels like that would be borderline for getting T prescribed.

My doc had me try to boost levels naturally and then with meds before T even when levels were 200 and below. Had to stay consistently under 250 for 6 months before prescribing me. I was in my 20’s so I appreciated the concern and effort of my endo though.

I am confident if you were at those levels and haven’t changed anything except sleep, workout, diet, stress, etc. that you will be able to get back to those numbers that ya like a little more!

You planning to get everything in check and stay natural for a while longer?

That low number start making the vials of test ya got stocked up start calling out to ya yet? Hahaha

DeeMan's picture

So I just added hematocrit results. But yeah everything else was fine. So I'm still off cycle but I'll probably give it a few more months or so. Breaks work for me but not for everyone. Yeah you lose a bit of weight and a little strength but nothing serious that I've noticed. Yeah man I've had issues sleeping so I know damn well that's lowered my natural test levels. I was thinking about getting sleep meds but nah I'll go the natural route with melatonin or something. Worst feeling in the world is not having enough good sleep. It throws off your training and everything

smurfdude1234567's picture

That blows dude I’m sorry to hear that. Insomnia is the worst and you’re right it hinders our body processes which makes us feel like shit. I hope whatever caused that to spike up cools down.

Oh yeah man hey you know me I’ll say try damn near anything and everything before resorting to sleep meds… those can be GNARLY! Trazadone, ambien, seroquel, etc. some worse than others but better to just not take any psych altering drugs for me.

Looking good my man. Especially on a break.

I appreciate that. I mean folks don't understand how bad it messes with your body. Foggy ass head and everything. Yeah it does a number on you. All good though, I'll quit making excuses and get it together.. And folks can take that to the bank!
