The igf score looks off, looks edited in. The spacing is all wrong and the aliasing on the numbers look weird/blurry. The font looks too small, it should be the same size as the letters in caps.

That amount of Test would have me feeling like death on high trenbolone and superdrol, I think you will need more personally to feel energised and have some nice lubricated joints. I would cap the superdrol at 25mg which is usually 1ml in the injectable version but I guess you may have previous experience with it and know how you tolerate it. You have 3 well known kidney killers in there so I would get some Astragalus root and Pine Bark/GSO extract too.
Just bought some pycnogenol from Pine Bark for other reasons gald to know it will help the kidneys
Might have to try those two supplements. I know when I take orals for a 6 weeks my liver and kidney numbers go up even on NAC, TUDCA, Fish oil, etc....ill really have to try those out. Thanks for the info.

When it comes to eGFR on cycle I have often found that no matter what supps you take, if you are using Orals then it will decrease and not go up at all. But what we can do with supps is stop it from falling too much and keep the kidney health there via getting rid of the toxins that accumulate while the kidneys filter them out of the blood. Once you stop using the orals keep using the supps and it WILL then increase eGFR quite substantially
Appreciate the information. I do stay on them year round because I cruise too so I wanna be as safe as I can be all the time. Whatever helps keep my numbers down I'm willing to try. I know there's times I probably should just say the hell with orals but I like to throw them in every now and then lol. What dosage would you suggest for those two supplements?

Milk Thistle used with all orals and never once had an elevated ALT or AST on cycle. NAC and Milk Thistle at good dosages and brands will help with liver values.

Which of those supps there do you take specifically for cholesterol management mate? I am speaking to someone at the moment who needs help with this - the main one I know that really helps blood fat is Milk Thistle.
Bergamot is supposed to be good. Along with Niacin but has to be the flush kind.
I know a lot of guys who use Bergamot and think its great - the only drawback is it use to be quite pricey for the good stuff. Not sure if its got cheaper now.

Need to weigh the rpos and cons of Red Yeast rice it is almost the exact same as taking statins itself. I would personally skip it. Just look it up a little more on the downfalls or negative sides of Red Yeast rice
How's you numbers taking those? With your cycle I'm just trying to get an estimate of what would be taking those and helping with the lab numbers.
PROMO WHORE ape...Every single marker is somehow (I must be an anomaly or something cuz my liver and kidneys should be dying on all of this) smack dab in the middle of healthy ranges with the exception of a slightly lower Alkaline Phosphatase Serum. Like my AST/ALT are 25 and 23 respectively. Bilirubin is 0.2. eGFR is 117.

Yeah a little bit. You're def an anomaly or have steel organs lol. That's amazing your levels are like that after running those. My AST and ALT would be a lot higher than yours. That's awesome for you though. I'd be afraid that I would want to push a little more if I stayed in the normal levels off of that combination but that's just me.

I really like and always take Artichoke extract - Great for liver and Bile acids. Never realised it helped Cholesterol, many times these supplements help a multitude of things that you never realised!!

For 6 units? I don’t know about that. Individual response varies of course and I don’t know how he usually tests but I look for 100 igf per iu of gh used, so for me to be happy at that dose I’d want to see at least 500, ideally 600 igf.
My bad thought it was for only 3 ius daily for 6 ius around 550s - 600s id expect with good liver and compounds that dont blunt igf.
