You'll have to excuse my ignorance, never had bloods done before privately just once at the docs and my levels were 12nmol's which the doc said was ok for my age (45). I thought twice the max normal range must be good off 1ml a week.
Yes mate just 1ml a week. I don't take large dosages. I much prefer doing a longer course with a low dosage to make slow steady gains with less side effects. Each to their own but this works for me, just as long as the gears is good which it seems to be in this case.

1ml per week mate. Pinned on thursday and did the blood test four days later on the monday morning.
