I see 100mg on the bottle. You won't see anything from 1 cap a day, no matter how legit this stuff is.

Thanks man. Okay that's what I was questioning since I often see 250mg daily as the norm. I guess 2 caps a day then!
If you check my pics you will see my last order of dnp. they are 200mg caps.
Made me so hot I have to take 1 eod. Especially since it's summer I'd rather keep it low dose and run for longer. During winter I've gone up to 600 or 800mg but that was only for a few days.
I'd say try 2-3 caps a day if they are 100mg and do that for about 2 weeks that should be pretty good. Maybe up dose the last 2-3 days
You sure they're not 250mg Crystal :)?
If I can remember they are 200mg dnp and 50mg vitamin c filler. I think it has quercitin

Is it powder or crystal form? Also, does the cap have any anti-oxidants or other compounds or just pure DNP?

I'd run 2 caps per day and see how you feel by day 4-5. One more cap if not enough but not more.
Also the website reminds me of someone who came to Eroids from UK too and scammed everyone. But anyways who am I to judge.
