I'm on 4mg currently. Only side is some light nausea and pulse increase. Word of advice, split doses during the week. The decrease in effectiveness starts around 5 days. I pin 2x wk
I’m planning on 1 mg split up MWF, then bumping up to 2mg in two weeks.
I stick with the 2mg starter dose to just curb my appetite. No real sides form it like Semi.
Great to hear, looking forward to all the other benefits as well. Sema was hard on my digestion.
The Reta is good to go! A friend of mine just bumped to 4mg a week and her appetite has vanished & weight is dropping quick!
