This is my test level on around 375mg/wk of K4L TE. I pin eod and pinned the morning before getting bw. Currently on 18mg of aromasin daily. E2 was around 23 pg/ml.

I aromatize like crazy. 250 mg of TE with no AI has my e2 at 120 pg/mL.
Do you have any symptoms at 120? My highest was 120 and had some ticklish titties. I keep mine around mid 60s now.
For some yes for others no. Everyone is different. Seems to be working for him.
