I find it’s been easier for me to drop weight off gear, then on. Jumped up to 275 a few months ago on tren ace. Shut me down bad, had to hop off. And honestly was just doing too much.
Since post cycle from anabolics been hgh’n it, and making healthier choices. Down 10lbs from 275lbs, body fat still mid to high 20’s. I realized my cortisol levels being so high made it hard to lose to gut, before I get my second hernia surgery.
So that’s my current mission.
