+ 7 Killing Bi's lately
ad
I've been training bi's every workout for the last two weeks then going extra hard on back and bi day. I read an article on T Nation about bicep growth and just gave it a shot. Well today at work I noticed changes in the mirror so I decided to take a Selfie. I didn't have such a predominant knot at the top or some new cuts that have began to form. I am impressed and I will continue with the program.

AnonVery impressive would you be willing to share or pm your routine to me? I'm always looking for ways to shock my arms. +1!
RagedSoulsFr sent.
Great stuff....but I wouldnt do this indefinitely brother... You dont want to adapt, and eventually you will overtrain. But this high volume is GREAT for short periods and can bust through a sticking point.
Keep eating good....and PM me. I have some ass kicking prop for you (no purchase necessary).
Would love to see where you are in 4 months or so. Thumbs!!
.
RagedSoulsMuch appreciated Goth. I sent you a FR. Yeah the article said to train them hard for awhile then give them a break by going back to normal routine to avoid overtraining. Thank you for the heads up. And I love some good prop. Its just hard to find around here these days. I am grateful.
Looking great brother! Beautifully sculpted muscular and shapely arm! Impressively proportioned in correlation with definitive separation! Very nice muscle insertions with pleasing contours! Bowling pin forearms complete the masterpiece! Nicely accomplished! +1 for taking it to the next level through your tenacious work ethic!
Nice my friend!! +1
jzagI remember reading an article written by Ronnie Coleman a long time ago. He said that in the beginning of his career he would do bi's almost every day, and he got great results from doing so. He explained that since the bicep is such a small muscle, it has an easier time recovering. Sounds like some bro science, but whatever, it's Ronnie Coleman. Who's going to argue with him?
RagedSoulsI liked the article on Facebook and read it. Let me hop on there and see if I can track it down guys. Thanks for all your feedback. Means alot
loki12Im with Irongame, i'd like to read that article as well.
Whatever you're doing, it's working, bro!
No shit you're training them everyday? Wanna link me to the article, my arms need work.+2
AnonHey bro try this It's what I use and it has worked wonders.
Set 1: 21's use a curled bar place 20lbs on each side. First you will start by holding the bar extending your arms then only lifting the bar HALF WAY FOR 7 REPS then you will bring the bar all the way up and back down to the MIDDLE for 7 reps then you will extend your arms and do 7 regular curls up and down totaling 21.
Set 2: Hammer Curls 60-80lbs for me aim for 6-8 reps in this set.
Set 3: Concentration Curls same weight aim for 6-8 reps.
Set 4: Arms extended palms facing the ceiling I would use 40-50lbs for this one side curls again aim for 6-8 reps.
REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES get a protein shake in you as soon as you are done with your work out. This routine has brought me my size and dramatic changes to my arms in general. If you want to ask me about it either reply here or fr and pm me. I'll be happy to explain further and my experience. As you use this every two weeks I would change it up start out with say set 3 or 4 to give your muscles a slight shock.
