Those are usually generic caps. There was a rumor Kefei changed their caps a year or two back due to a lot of counterfeiting. But I never saw any different caps myself.

Chinese blue top generics suck, ive ran them before and threw em away, i have hyges and rips 4 long time, This kit works just as well.
