+ 17 Kalpa Test Prop
seeing these results greatly disappoints me and i honestly have been going back and forth over the last few days as to whether or not i even wanted to post them ... rs has always done me right and ive never had anything but positive experiences with the kalpa line, so these results definitly come as a shock to say the least. i know there's a ton of us that run or have run kalpa, i encourage others to have samples tested and am honestly hoping that this is just a shitty batch (purchased back in february i want to say).
my estrogen is most likely high but for some reason i just feel awful about this, almost as if i'm betraying a friend. for what it's worth i'm still going to use all the kalpa gear i've gotten from rs for my next cycle.
even after having some serious doubts as to the validity of the testing, i can assure you my concerns have been completely lifted and i have the upmost confidence in not only the methodolgy of the mass spec testing, but far more importantly, in the brothers we have stickin out their own necks to use the machine which runs the test. we need tests and results like these, no matter how disappointing they are. sometimes ignorance really is bliss, but i had to share this with the community.

Can someone explain how much purity affects the effective dosage ? I get mixed messages in the comments here. Should 100 mg of this test prop be thought of as only 35mg ? Or just a "dirty" 100mg ?
I don't get it really. Didn't someone have some Watson tested not so long ago and it came back at like 45%?
RustyhookerI'd have to see that. Especially with all the fakes that look exact.
I looked around and can't find it. Maybe beaker or angus remember. I'm almost positive it came back surprisingly low... something below 50%.
angusWe saw some fake primo come through from bayer but that is all I can remember.
Oh so those were fakes that tested out at 44%?
angusThey were determined to be counterfeit, yes.
So where did those fakes come from? It doesn't say on the Mass Spec page ...
RustyhookerThere's quite a few known "fakes" dealers in the world. Amps/vials are damn near perfect til testing occurs.
angusNo clue. You'd have to ask the person that submitted the lab. We aren't the AAS police hommie, we only test and report.
PM sent M
Didn't see Watson mass spec but I caught the results for Bayer/schering which came back at 44% on the primo. Maybe that's what you were thinking of?
Oh yeah that must've been it. I knew it was some kinda of pharma grade and I was pretty shocked by the result.
check hailrazors profile and pics, im almost positive hes the one who had it tested
Damn, hailrazor seems to always be getting the shaft. I'm surprised he's able to maintain such a positive attitude all the time. I'd be breaking shit for sure if I had to deal with half the shit he's gone through lol.
Just goes to show you kalpa is just another UGL that claims they are up there with pharma. The truth is in the mass spec there's no denying it.
AnonEverybody send me their KALPA!!!
Ya what are those other spikes? Like what substances?
angusTypically we find through additional analysis for another project we are working on is that they are lipids and broken molecules that were once the target compound. Once they are broken they are unusable and become impurities. The rest is the filler in the raw material.
You guys are a true asset to this community. Unbiased testing from good ass dudes.
RustyhookerAll those spikes coming from items that should not be in there. Damn sad really. Looks like kalpa better start getting better raws.
Thank you for testing/posting.
Here is the Quality Certificate of the Kalpa oil http://www.eroids.com/pics/quality-certificate-kalpa-oil
angusOil? Is this just the carrier? Our test scope doesn't include the carrier, BA, or BB
Hey guys, i have contacted guys from Kalpa regarding this test and here is their answer:
"According to the document titled Elemental Composition Report it is possible to speak only about the identity of the active component but not about its quantitative content. Colleagues, let's speak in the language of professionals. Where is indicated the total ion chromatogram for test and reference solution? Where is stipulated the concentration of used standard? In this case your statements seem to be unreasonably incorrect."
In few words this test can show only the dosage but not the purity. For purity is needed to have a sample raw material 100% pure, according to this can be find the purity of the compound.
All further Kalpa batches will be with Quality Certificates and i will do all possible to post them here.
Guys, lets be honest, if Kalpa purity is so low why them it is our best seller? Why it is so highly asked?
Yes, sometimes there are some problems with some batches but not with its purity, quality and strength.
angusOK let me get some rules straight before we talk please. I will not go back and forth, I will not argue, I will not get angry or allow someone else to get angry, I will not get personal nor will I allow someone to personally attack me. If the conversation degrades to that level I will bow out. I have had my fill of arguments. I am merely here to test and present the findings. That being said let me start off with a few statements and then move to a few answers to your questions.
I don't know you, I have never done business with you nor have I ever run the kalpa line. I have absolutely nothing against you or the line, therefore that should remove any thoughts that I might be biased against either.
In situations like this where a test comes back lower than expected we ALWAYS, without exception, hear the same thing: Our test is flawed, our procedure is flawed or we changed numbers. I assure you that the lab that this was conducted is tasked with such things as cancer research. The people that run the machine are doctors that are highly trained in which scientist rely on their ability to maintain the multimillion dollar machine and produce accurate results.
No true, a column test would provide those results. This is a spectrum test.
That appears to be missing from this report but each one of our test have one.
Sorry I can't quite figure out what your are asking here.
I don't follow your logic.
That is incorrect. Dosage is more suited for a HPLC Column test, a spectrum test is better suited to show purity. We have a control that it is compared to, we don't need to have a 100% pure sample. All we need is the chemical properties of the compound. A perfect model can be found here:
http://www.drugbank.ca/drugs/DB01420
Now lets be more honest since we're being honest, shit happens, right? Nobody is perfect 100% of the time. Nobody here is saying the entire kalpa line is garbage, nobody is saying that there have been problems. Lets not blow it out of proportion, it is one low purity sample. Nobody suggested, or even thinks, that the manufacturer did it on purpose or continues to do it. I see where the manufacturer is issuing a quality certificate? perhaps this is an opportunity, IDK.
Thanks for listening to me ramble a bit.
Purity =/= Concentration
An oil can be very pure, hell, extremely pure, and be severely under-dosed. Conversely, a product can be correctly dosed (such as Kalpa products) yet be impure.
Purity (in this case) is about how much of the vial is Test Ester. 30% doesn't mean Kalpa is cheating and selling low amounts of Test, it means they have other stuff that Test Ester in the vial. Could be as a result of non-clean procedure, or simply degraded raws.
i can say 100% that Kalpa is correctly dosed, yes i can admit that oil can't be 100% pure, BUT at such low purity as 35% the result should be a lot of complains with infections. Strange we don't have such
RustyhookerNot true! Purity or impurity in this case can be all the things stuck into the raws. Like heavy metals etc. Those contaminents wont cause an infection. Side effects for heavy metals can be found on the internet or any health book. Impurities in this type of tesing is not infectious microbes.
OK, when we say it is 30% pure then we should have a sample with what it is compared, a sample that is a standard and is 100% pure. where is it in this test?
angusHere it is
http://www.drugbank.ca/drugs/DB01420
All we need is the information that 100% pure contains and this sheet is it. and what we use. It is stored into the machine according to its CAS number and referenced when a test is done.
Ok lets say thats true, however there are other sources that have there product tested with this same method and some have scored in upper 90%.
Thanks for putting this out there. Pretty disappointing.
thanks for posting this i was going to make an order for kalpa test p and c today so you saved me a few hundred dollars gonna go with balkan instead thanks +1
noob941you are not betraying a friend you are helping your family we are brothers and sisters here thank you stay strong +1
thank you for that brother, thats a really good way to look at it, appreciate it
AssUhlThis is sad man.....Kalpa came out smokin, but i hafta admit that i have three buddies who all run Kalpa and the last two bulk 10 pack Test E deals I've gotten from RS by Kalpa have both been very disappointing to them! All 3 of my boys are saying that the last two 10 packs have been very weak compared to earlier Kalpa and these boys know there shit and now seeing this on the Test P its looking even more that way. If Beaker could PM me id like to have one of my recent Test E's tested i just got in from the Kalpa Test E bulk deal a couple weeks ago for all of us to see if what i fear in them as well is correct.
good man, however usually you have to initiate with either angus or beaker, not the other way around. beaker saod it himself, angus is more of the face to their team so id prob just friend request him if you havent already and pm him. really happy to see others steppin up to the plate and willing to test, keep us in the loop and posted, no pun intended
AnonGood idea. I might test some myself. The batch of kalpa test p I had over a year ago was super strong. Hate when good labs go south.
dissapointing coming from such a big lab like kalpa.
Anondef disappointing
Anondamn man, whats the batch number in that??
im at work right now but i'll check and get back to you once i get home. not 100% i still have some as i only copped 2 vials and used almost all of one then sent in the other. im pretty sure tho ive still got like 1/2 a shot left i didnt have the heart to toss once i finished my last cycle. i'll let you know tho bro
Anonkool cuz i have a few vials in my stash and wanted to see what batch number they were
Anoni see. +1 for test!
@angus/Beaker
Does this mean that every mL has:
100 mg Test P (35%)
Other shit (65%)
???
angusIt means that of the 100mg of test P only 35% of it is readily available.
Any idea what the other stuff is? Is it inert and harmless?
angusIf there were any toxins it would red flag the test in a hurry. But typically we are looking at lipids and broken testosterone molecules. Once they are broken they are not viable and become impurities. I am not familiar with this brand so I can't speculate on the raw source.
