thanks i know i need to work on a few things i started training about 1 month late i know i could have taken 1st if only i had more time its getting expensive cost almost 15k to prep for this comp i am sponsored by maple leaf foods they send me 40kg of chicken breast a month so that pretty much covers my animal protein i am lucky i will be ready next time
