Not too bad of a physique, if I do say so myself. But that’s just icing on the cake. A pleasant side effect. Peak performance, fitness, health, and athleticism will always be my primary goals. The “look” is just a happy accident that comes along with it, AFAIC
Trying to debunk the “fat powerlifter” stereotype one body at a time!
Good to be back, fellas
Trying to fix orientation... there we go

Ace VenturaNice, dude! Definitely walking the walk
Just saw this, you're looking jacked man! Glad to see you back around, Im always learning something new from your posts.
Swole! Lean! +!
First thing I did was check to see if you still had those dope gifs in your profile haha.
Thanks! Great to see so many familiar faces still here
Ha! Not sure what happend they just stopped working!
Well deserved +
You seem to be a straight up guy. Good build. No homo.
Welcome back. +1
I try my best. Judging from your stats, our builds probably aren’t too far apart. Which at 44 is incredible! Thank you
Ive got a long way to go per my goals but at 44 my joints ache like most mid age men. Just waiting on bloods to say go for my next run. Enjoy the weekend
hairy like a bear hehe, jacked great work
Still? I just shaved, too! Well, clipped. As I have to keep reminding those in my life with XX chromosomes, unless they want a piece of sandpaper scraping against their bodies, it’s good to leave some hair behind lol. Thanks
Back loooking huge man, + from me
Never did like my back. Could never get all the hair and it seems like no matter how much thickness I put on it it never had that depth I wanted. But that’s genetics for ya. You can’t win ‘em all. Thanks
You got the width though that’s for sure man, looks great to me, not me Olympia level but guess that’s not the goal. Will look good with t tank top.
I would never want to look like that even if I could! It’s not appealing to me whatsoever. I respect bodybuilding as a sport and as an art, though. Yes, I consider bodybuilding a sport, even if I have no interest in it. I don't care how anyone who disses bodybuilding tries to twist it into calling it a “beauty pageant” or whatever. That’s bullshit, and I have nothing but love for the brothers and sisters who chose that path/sport/endeavor. Appreciate it
Same here man, in fact I don’t really care what others say in regards to BB. Just love to look a certain way and all the work it takes to achieve certain physique. When someone says this is too much, they are normally overweight TV watchers or keyboard warriors so I would not even get to that level trying to proof anything to them
It’s the constant contradictions with the excuse-makers that make them lost causes.
“I don’t have time to get in shape.”
“I don’t have money for a gym membership to lose weight.”
“I don’t have time to diet or exercise. I have kids.”
Boggles the damn mind
Shredded!
I hope not! I’m trying to retain as much water as I can get away with for maximum strength and explosiveness. I’ll confortably call myself decently lean at this point
Wondered what happened to you, glad to see you're back. Looking solid +
Damn it brother. +2 all day long and then some. That's fucking solid work right there.
That’s the result of buckling down, accepting that boring, monotonous training is more effective than fun, switch-it-up training, and just hammering away at the same 9 damned exercises at the same times on the same days. Back to the basics. Because the basics never stop working, as boring as they are. But I had to decide: am I training for results and to win championships and break records, or am I training to entertain myself? Thanks a lot
Looking fantastic brother!Welcome back!
RustyhookerSolid work!
Hey, I’m glad you’re still around! One of the last posts I saw before taking a long hiatus was you saying goodbye to the forum, I presumed permanently at the time. Thanks!
RustyhookerHad health scare figured time to retire. All the phd and drs found nothing so.... still moving slowly
I’m happy that it’s looking optimistic, and that’s a very intelligent way to go about it. We youngsters appreciate the OGs leading by example
+1 bro
FortySIXand2damn where have you been?
Same place I’ve always been. Just trying to improve every month and peak until I hit my mid to late thirties hopefully
jayiska thumbs up for this on your stats;
BF: Idk, I’m not paying for a DEXA
people are always off on their bf%., with the exception of a few that know what they are doing. but even a youtube search of the dexascan and you can see how that can be off.
Haha, it literally means nothing anyway. It’s just a number. If my bloods look good, I feel good, I’m strong, and I don’t look like complete shit, who cares? People tend to put way too much stock in that number
Glad to see you back.
Looking great +1
FEELING great, which is what’s truly important!
Thank you, brother
Welcome back bro, was wondering when you’d pop up. Surprisingly decent abs given your conditioning. You look like you put on some size in the right places.
Pm sent
I have no choice but to be conditioned or I won’t make weight with my frame! Haha
I’m surprised too, considering I’ve never done any ab specific training whatsoever. All I ever do is the basic barbell compounds and weighted calisthenics stuff. I’d have to blame beltless ass-to-heels front squats. Nothing lights my entire core up like those mofos do.
Thank you
