Just a wee update pic from a post chest and triceps workout using just band work as I have no weights at home.
Only running 50mg eod of pharmacom test prop and so far no signs of any muscle loss!

AnonDamn how many reps did it take you to get a pump with bands lmao I use them on my triceps and other various muscles after I do my lifts, still takes like 300 reps to really fill up the muscle lol but it really gets me pumped!
roughdogI just try and stretch them out as far as I can and try to get between 15-20 reps I still manage to get a pump pretty quickly which is surprising lol i’ve tried holding and squeezing the muscle for that 1/2 seconds longer than usual helps a lot as well
