been on trt for a few years (150mg test cyp every 10 days), have run 8 cycles and done 2 npc shows
week 1-16 sust - 750ew
week 1-2, 5-6, 9-10 - adrol 100mg ed (50mg with 2 biggest meals)
week 1-4, 9-12 - tren suspension 75mg ed (25mg x3)
week 13-16 - mast p 100mg eod
aromasin, caber
end goal 225 and to regain shape, fullness, and condition
