Deload week so hit some higher reps and got a killer pump. Currently just on 500mg test, weight hovering between 218-220. Start my first tren ace run in about a week and a half 6 weeks out from a push/pull. Looking to hit my first 501lb bench and 700lb deadlift. I don’t want to go up a weight class so hope to stay around this weight the rest of my cycle. I don’t know how tren is going to affect me though. Starting at 75mg eod and will bump to 100 if everything is going well.

I don’t test my raw maxes. I’ve injured my pec a few times and I don’t compete raw so generally do not go any lower than triples and do a lot of board work, floor presses etc for lockout power.

Haha! I hate v-necks. My ex bought me one and it has sat in my closet for months. I don’t like tanks as well. I’ll just stick with extra smedium regular t-shirts.

Thanks man! I’ve been at it for a while. Hit 600 years ago clean and since then it’s been pretty slow going. I’m really confident on the 500 bench. Will probably take 677 for a second attempt on deads and decide from there where to go. I have a few training weeks left though so we will see how things go. Staying healthy is #1. I slightly tore my right quad my last training day before my last meet in December and had to back out. :(

In a meet you get3 attempts at each lift.. he's saying on his second attempt he's gonna pull677 and depending on how that goes he will decide what weight too pull next..u wanna pull a weight u can get..u don't really wanna fail it's a wasted attempt

That's a shitty hit.. after training for months that can kill motivation for sure.. well you learned what not to do at least so this time around kill it bro...I love moving that heavy weight especially the dead.. that's the beast lift for sure... just you and a bar no spot nothing... it's good stuff
