ad
so i've been out from the main gym for six month's with a shoulder injury (cuff) and tendon injury. ive been able to do the basics with no heavy lifting mainly machine and cardio based. ive had peptides only in the past 4 month. looking forward to picking up the weight and get to my normal lifting and putting size on.

Looking great brother. Kudos for keeping diet in check and not slacking off after injury. Would you share a little about the peptides you used?
Ivan1985Thanks Bigthing! I've recently just posted my first review and talked about the peptides I've used can I post them under this section ? I'm new to this site as I'm looking for more good sources for a cycle for next year,
Thanks for your comment
bigmurphIm injured myself right now I have a ruptured bicep im 2wks out of surgery so I have a long way to go but I was interested in what peptids you used while inj I also have been researching peptids to see what the best thing I can do is while im healing I would like to hear what kind of work out routine you kept while injured I have been contomplating what I can do till I can start upper body again
Any advice would be appreciated
Ivan1985I would defiantly recommend doing some research reading up on BCP157 direct inject into the bicep and TB500.
a Quote i found on BCP157
BPC 157 is known for super quick and professional Joint/tendon/ligament healing in all phases of clinical trials.. studies are shown here: BPC 157 has been shown in studies to heal torn quadriceps muscles, detached Achilles tendon, muscles that have been damaged/crushed. Demonstrating dramatic fast recovery from muscle tears. Tendon to bone healing - increased ligament healing, BPC 157 has a variety of protective effects in the organs.
you may have your own source for peptides but i would recommend giving uk-peps a email for some detailed advice on your injury i was skeptical at first but so glad i used peptides.
will update my workout in the forum
thanks
