+ 9 injury and lack of diet had me a little down, but time to change back!

well, I have been out for about 6 weeks due to a rotator and clavicle injury snowboarding. I have been just cruising on 270mg sustanon, 300mg EQ, and 3iu grey top hgh split 1.5 morning and 1.5 post workout (gh mainly to speed up the recovery), oh and also 25mcg t3.
chiropractor has cleared me to start lifting again, today was the first real chest day. well, light weight high reppin lifeee! It feels amazing and I hope to hit sub 6% again by summer. Currently at 11.2% at 212lbs. 5ft 11 in.

Dropping the EQ, adding tren ace and mast prop EOD 100mg for 10 weeks. Upping the sust to 540 (well .5mg EOD of GP sust270), 3iu GH, and t3 the same.
