I'm not sure if it is infected. This lump is below the actual injection site. This is what it looks like after a week. If it was just a lump I wouldn't be to worried but its pretty red. I took my temperature and its normal. At what point do I call this an abscess and go to my doctor?

yes that looks like an infection. i had the same thing except bigger. take Ibrouphen and If u can get ur hands on Keflex it would be best. just keep an eye on it, if it spreads or turns purple then hit the hospital
