Excited to get my hands on this product after reading the most recent reviews.

My protocol:
(Please offer any Nutritional Feedback)

20min after pre workout meal . Will eat 1.5hrs before training. . My usual meal around this time is peanut butter sandwiches but I know this won’t suffice for optimal results so any suggestions would be beneficial.

20min after post workout Meal replacement shake BSN True Mass 46g protein 87 carbs . Will drink this with water in parking lot.

I train late evening usually 7pm till 8:30pm dinner around 9pm

I would invest in some Dextrose powder while using this mate if its something you don't use already - I can't see peanut butter being good enough to stop a hypo if you get into one. Dextrose powder put into drinks has saved my ass countless times in hypos with high trenbolone and Dianabol. I buy mine from Myprotein and Bulk.

Yeh definitely can grab some Dextrose. How many grams do you usually use per shake? Thank you

The bag comes with a see through measuring scoop in it, those tend to be 25g when levelled off. So really its down to the size of your drink and how much of a sweet tooth you have. I think you will probably find a full scoop great for a protein shake and half a scoop ideal for around 200ml of fluid. See how you find it tastes, its great for tonnes of energy to train on. You'll never go back once you have tried it Lol

20mcg pre & post but also tossing around 10/10 first few days to gauge how I feel being first time using product.

You are going to need to use a lot more than 20mcg. I would suggest 500mcg/shot as bare minimum. Should be hitting at least 1500mcg/d.

Wrote that wrong my apologies , 20 units = 0.2 mL.* not 20mcg . So 1mg pre 1mg post for total of 2mg daily

I guess I consider my prewo meal more of an intra-workout meal. I use 2 scoops of clear isolate with a scoop of vitargo or cyclic dextrin along a scoop of my preworkout which has creatine, betaine, and all that other good stuff. Gives me 40g of protein and 30g or so of fast acting carbs. I have gone as high as 2 scoops of vitargo but that was just too much at once for me and made me feel bloated during workout. I would pin 500-1000mcg of infrajet right before heading to gym and drink that throughout workout. I then had another shaker with 40g of isolate and some more creatine that I would drink immediately after workout was done. Then I would get home pin another dose of infrajet while preparing my post workout meal.
