+ 1 Igf-1 results on 15iu per day

This is my igf-1 results on 15iu hgh.
My basal igf-1 level is 98.
Then is it a good result???? It is 2,5 times higher than basal level.
Apart this, my hgh sérum level is low at 10iu protocol.(bloodwork 2h 30' after pin) dont know why...
I had the same result months ago with hgh from hospital.

Seems low to me but I'm not a pro
gh serum peaks 3.5 hours with IM and about 4 hours with subq...so you pulled blood way before gh peaked. didnt you say before you have problems with igf-1 conversion?
A lot of times i did the tipical "3hous protocol" And my levels was almost 0. My peak levels are between 2h15'-2h30'.
About igf-1 conversion i have no idea. My Liver is ok.
Maybe it is a "good" number thinking my baselevel is 98.
